Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
All United Kingdom orders placed with Elvinostep are eligible for free standard delivery, with no minimum purchase required.

All-Inclusive Pricing:
The price shown at checkout is the final price, including VAT where applicable. There are no additional customs duties, import charges, or hidden taxes for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Canceled Orders

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@elvinostep.com before 07:00 PM (UK time) on the same day the order was placed, provided the order has not yet entered processing. Please include your order number and contact information.

• Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.
• If a package is already in transit, you may refuse delivery. Once the returned package is received, we will process the cancellation within 1–2 business days.

Order Track

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing the tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order directly on our website.

Multiple Item Orders

We aim to ship all items together whenever possible. However, some orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability and shipping method.
